1. The promotion of fraternity and cooperation among the users of frequency modulation on the amateur radio VHF and UHF bands..

2. The providing of a means for the free exchange of information and technical assistance to promote efficient and effective utilization of the spectrum and mode of emission

3. The provision, during times of emergency, of a reliable and effective communication.

4. The promotion of good will, both in the association and with the general public.
